Cultivated in maltose-containing substrated, were obtained in a production process in the brewing industry.
Brewer’s yeast contain: selenium, vitamins В1, В2, В5, В6, В9, D, Е, Н, РР, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, chlorine, phosphorus and sodium as well as DNA and RNA.
