Nutritional yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, cultivated on molasses with high (over 55%) protein content.  Source of protein, essential aminoacids and have a balanced mineral and vitamin composition.

Nutritional yeast is used for making sauces, seasonings in vegan and vegetarian cuisine.  Taste of nutritinal yeats can be described as nutty, cheese or salty.

Main properties and advantages:

  • contain all essential amino acids,
  • strengthen immunity, contain beta-1.3 / 1.6 – glucan and MOS,
  • source of nutritional fibers,
  • a source of chromium; moreover, reduces blood cholesterol,
  • contains nucleic acid that is vital for cell regeneration.
  • high protein content (over 55%)
  • used for making sauces and seasonings in vegetarian cuisine.
